The Global Digital Platforms team under Global Partnerships organization is responsible for cultivating and managing Mastercards strategic partnerships with key players across the digital payments ecosystem. We enable the biggest names in tech, e-commerce, and financial services to build best-in-class solutions leveraging Mastercard technology and to deliver them at scale solving real world problems for our partners and their customers. <br><br>We are looking for an individual to join our fast-paced, strategic team to manage and grow relationships with key global partners. This individual will enable our customers success by increasing the adoption of Mastercard products and services. This individual will be at the forefront of payment and financial services innovation delivering impactful and industry-leading capabilities to the market in collaboration with our partners. <br><br>Role<br>In this high-profile, customer-facing position you will:<br> Coordinate executive meetings on various programs with partner<br> Present global and regional views on business implementations.<br> Work with Technical, business and legal teams to manage deals and solutions<br> Deliver performance reports and analysis of existing deals with partner<br> Work closely with marketing teams to identify opportunities in various regions<br> Manage steerco meetings, business reviews and deliverables<br><br>All About You:<br> Youre entrepreneurial, a technologist and a self-starter who can effectively work collaboratively across internal and external teams<br> You enjoy engaging with internal and external stakeholders in matrixed organizations to get things done- if theres a hurdle, you know what levers to pull to work around it.<br> You are an relationship builder that creates trust internally and externally <br> You consistently exhibit sound business judgement with established strategic/conceptual thinking and strategic planning skills.<br> You have a passion for understanding how products, tools and solutions work. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Mastercard benefits for full time (and certain part time) employees generally include: insurance (including medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, disability, life insurance); flexible spending account and health savings account; paid leaves (including 16 weeks of new parent leave and up to 20 days of bereavement leave); 80 hours of Paid Sick and Safe Time, 25 days of vacation time and 5 personal days, pro-rated based on date of hire; 10 annual paid U.S. observed holidays; 401k with a best-in-class company match; deferred compensation for eligible roles; fitness reimbursement or on-site fitness facilities; eligibility for tuition reimbursement; and many more. Mastercard benefits for interns generally include: 56 hours of Paid Sick and Safe Time; jury duty leave; and on-site fitness facilities in some locations.<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><b>Pay Ranges</b></p>San Francisco, California: $190,000 - $304,000 USD<h3></h3><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h3></h3><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h3></h3><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h3></h3><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>
